SMS terms
The internal SMS program is in preparation. Tests begin only after carrier registration, sending setup, and participant enrollment are complete.
Program and eligibility
LUXHDart LLC Internal SMS Testing is an invitation-only demonstration program for authorized participants using company-controlled handsets. Messages may include practice scheduling, simulated service or account notifications, and two-way test conversations. No real service is booked through a test. The program excludes external customers and marketing.
Consent
Enrollment requires affirmative written consent to the disclosure on the internal testing page. We record the consent before allowing a handset to receive tests. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with test activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to stop program texts. A confirmation message may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hdartguy@gmail.com. Rejoining requires renewed eligibility and consent review; an inquiry by itself does not restart messages.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on mobile networks and device availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not intended for emergencies or time-critical communication.
